Clean Eating


I'm often asked what I eat on daily basis. More importantly,though,let me start by telling you what I absolutely do NOT eat! Even on my cheat days I usually stay away from the following list;

1. Anything 'white' including white flour, sugar, and dairy (except for a little bit of cream in my coffee
** Yes, this includes cheese, rice, and bread


2. Fried foods

3. Processed foods

4. Foods with high amounts of sodium- our limit per day should be no more than 2400 grams of sodium. Most american diets double that amount in only one meal!

5. Foods high in fat

6. Excessive carbohydrate intake

7. Any soda or juice (when you take the juice out of a fruit, you leave a lot of nutrients behind and consume a whole lot of SUGAR!)

8. High glycemic foods

Stay away from the above foods and you'll be headed on the right track of a healthy diet. Eating small portions of food every 2-3 hours about 6 times per day keeps my body functioning most efficiently
